Default Missouri Legislature Nullifies All Federal Gun Laws

Missouri Legislature Nullifies All Federal Gun Control Measures by a Veto-Proof Majority | Tenth Amendment Center Blog Not sure if this was posted. Why do they always refer to pro gun people as "activists"? So when you are pro constitution you are an activist?

It must be nice to live in a free state! I hope the legal challenges in the courts will free us from all the BS laws that NY has imposed on us here.

What federal laws are impacted? Can I buy a fully auto there? How about a background check?

    This is wonderful.

The worst impact from the Clinton's gun grab in 1994 was the background check system because it prevents us from buying guns in other states.

Can a NY resident buy a gun in Missouri?

Guns are an investment, at this point. I'll rent a place down there to establish residency if I have to. It can't be too expensive. Blow about 10-12 grand on guns to leave sealed in their boxes, and sell them 15 years later. I'll bet on 200% return on my investment.

    -Too ridiculous? (serious question)

The federal government has no business regulating guns because all regulation is against the 2nd Amendment.

The liberal activist judge Scalia, sealed our fate when he wrote that government has a right to use reasonable restrictions to regulate what we can own under the 2nd Amendment.

    Really?

What this has now created is a near gun-less state of NY and a free state like Missouri. Great work Scalia - you are a moron.

From what I understand you could own a full auto if it was manufactured in Missouri, owned by a Missouri resident, and never left Missouri.

Kansas did something similiar recently, which is where I get my speculation on Missouri from
