    firstly, understand that Mary Grice received a Privilege, or Benefit from the Federal .Gov
    thus, giving them jurisdiction to proceed

    that said, any federal court that is tasked with adjudicating this issue will be the most crooked m'fng kangaroo Court imaginable
    just think " US Tax Court " for a good example

    The government passed a law in a Farm Bill that they could go after debut over 10 years old.She was a minor when they received the benefits and also they can't even prove which child was over paid. Seems like that violates the Fair Credit Act. You have the right to ask for a debt validation from who ever the debtor is.

    the Gov is not a " debt collector " and FDCPA does not apply

    All I can say is now everybody's on the hook for this as there is no way of knowing what has preceded you ! They can just invent things and you with no proof will have to pay !
    Ask for no quarter and expect none . There is no dress rehearsals in life ,you only go around once !
