What do you think would have happened if the Democrats had the majority which gives them control of the Codes Committees.
Common sense does not involve citizen disarmament. Responsible solutions do not disarm the victim pool. And support for the Second Amendment does not advocate for infringements. Get out of my face.

Doesn't matter, unconstitutional either way due to Heller. From here on out, we've proved that we just won't follow blatantly unconstitutional gun laws.

Thats a damn shame, lots of folks have kept there trusted 12 gage by there bedside for as long as they can remember, including me. Then we would be "felons" in the eyes of the law, if we don't obey, and get caught.
I think that one would make me move the heck out of NY, more easily said than done, but might be necessary.
    Great thread, thanks for posting!

The only gun controls I need are at the ends of my arms and between my ears.

What do think is gonna happen if Hillary gets elected. She has stated already ,she wants the United States to follow the policy on gun control that was instituted in Australia.

I know this is a little off topic but I own an SKS and wanted to put a Dragonov style stock on it. This is a hard stock (non adjustable) but does have a sort of built in pistol grip (for anyone that knows what these stocks look like.) the gun still has the built in 10rd non detachable box mag which I have no intention of changing out. My question is does anyone know if the stock I'm talking about is legal to put on the gun of it doesn't have a quick change mag???
