Sticky??

Okay, I see it all the time. "How do I upload a picture to a thread, without the thumbnail?" Or something to that extent. Well, here is a walkthrough. Step by step with pictures and everything! PM me if you are still confused, need help, or think another step should be added. Note: there is more than one image sharing website, this is just my way, and the way of many others from here.

It really isn't hard, I split it into as many steps as I could, to make it as easy as it can be.

Hope it helps!

Here it is:

Step One: Go to Photobucket
(Click the link)

Step Two: Sign up For an Account

Step Three: Drag & Drop or Browse

Step Four: Click on Your Uploaded Photo

Step Five: Locate the IMG Code (Bottom Right Corner of Page)

Step Six: Click the IMG Code to Copy to Clipboard

Step Seven: Paste the Code in Your New Thread, or in Your Reply

Finally, show off your pictures!!

If anyone uses a different website, send me screenshots and steps similar to mine, and I will add them to the OP

The only problem with using a different site is that if you move or delete images around, the links will be broken. People break links accidentally when organizing folders.

I understand, but people seem to know how to attach a thumbnail picture right from the reply box. I've seen many ask how to upload the full image. It is unfortunate that it deletes the picture. People just have to be aware of that and either post a full image and a thumbnail, not move the pictures, or talk to a mod about editing the post (if it's old). This is just a tool to help those out who don't already know it.

Well rhinehart my friend, you'll be happy to know I broke down and set up a photobucket. As much as I hate it, it is a little easier and a lot more consistent. So be prepared for full size image posts from now on!! haha

Somehow, I liked that, but totally don't remember it. However, it just made me laugh. Hope it's helping!!
