Modern life is hectic, and anxiety is usually a regular part of life for certain individuals. If you’re worrying over an upcoming event or work presentation to the point where you’re irritable, restless, and constantly fatigued, you may be suffering from anxiety. This condition can significantly affect your ability to function at home or work.
Are you experiencing this? If yes, How did you manage it? Are there any some natural remedies to relieve anxiety?
I stay away from those prescribed brain poisons. I dont like being a zombie. Exercise, hobbies and projects ( i have many, here on the farm). And a good mind set.
Stay active, eat a healthy diet, practice deep breathing, get some sleep and meditate
