Default Great Day at the Range

OK, it was actually more like 45 minutes, but it was a great time! All this week I'd been determined to get to the range on Friday, but at the end of the day today I was feeling pretty tried. I decided to go anyway, and was glad I did.

This was only the fourth time I'd shot my S&W Model 36 since I got it in July, mostly because with the ammunition shortage it's been hard for me to find 38 special. But I had 100 rounds on hand so off to the range.

My accuracy the previous three times was so-so, and had left me thinking that maybe I couldn't shoot my 36 very well. Well, think again! My first shot today was a dead-on bullseye, and I had tight shots all the way.

Left the range on a high! Now if only I can find some more ammunition....

All the more reason to get into reloading. We stocked up on primers and powder before the last election. Still have plenty of supplies so we can shoot any time we wish and not worry about finding more ammo. A day at the range is quite good therapy.

Definitely good therapy! And you are smart to be reloading.
